they are both suffering extreme personality disorders and really should be removed from office so that they can get treatment before their behaviour starts to harm them or others - oops, too late for that, they've already killed at least 10,000 innocent iraqis. they clearly need to be taken into custody before their offending behavious gets completely out of hand and they end up destroying the planet in their never ending war on terror^TM.
