i can't believe this : stone loses appeal over hammer murders.

the only 'evidence' against this man is the uncorroborated testimony of one man; a man who probably hoped that, by testifying against mr stone, he might get a more lenient sentence for his drug dealing.

there is no forensic evidence against mr stone.

there are no eye-witness reports of his presence in the area where the murders occurred.

yet stone's conviction is 'safe'.

instead of fighting so desperately to keep mr stone in prison, the home office should be getting the police to investigate the murders properly and find some real evidence with which to prosecute the real murderer, who may or may not be mr stone - but this 'evidence' does not prove it's him, not by a million fucking miles.

if this is british justice, i think i'd prefer to take my chances with cunt's bush's dept. of justice and their flog 'em and hang 'em policies.
